What happens where I am facing several allegations of gross misconduct?

Your employer may be alleging that you have committed several acts of gross misconduct.

Where in reality, however, only part of the allegations meet the test of gross misconduct, your employer cannot elevate the individual allegations of misconduct to make them together constitute gross misconduct. A tribunal would look at the overall conduct, and the impact of that conduct on the sustainability of the employment relationship.
