Please find below a list of examples of reasonable adjustments expected by employers to assist those employees who have a disability, and which tribunals have upheld.

-Robust management support.

-Working from home.

-Flexible working.

-Avoidance of prolonged stationary positions.

-Close access to toilet facilities.

-Additional training.

Changes to targets / objectives.

-reduction in travel time.

-provision of a car parking space close to the place of work.

-Reallocation of a duty a disabled employee cannot do.

-Providing a piece of equipment, for example, a more comfortable chair.

-Redeploying a disabled person to a non-public facing role.

-Allowing for regular breaks to cope with a disability.

-Being provided with a mentor.

-Swapping roles with another employee.
